On the evening of the 24th of August I discovered our hot water was more like luke warm instead of hot. I had a early morning doctors appointment on the 25 so I couldn’t set something up until we got home. I figured it would take a day or so to get help. I called and the operator for Mike Diamond said she could have a technician in hour. The technician showed up in 45 minutes and had the hot water heater fixed in about 2 hrs. I am very pleased with Mike Diamond company.
